Build season continues
Published by Scott Card January 18th, 2008 in News, EventsUpdate: Team 997 continues to spend many hours designing the new robot, building parts and prototypes, teaching the new students skills to help in the building of said robot and beyond, and doing plenty of work to get the community involved with supporting FIRST robotics and team 997. There will also be a special occasion this year for the Spartans. On February 2nd of 2008, there will be an open house held for all who want to come check out the team and what they’ve been doing this year, as well as last year. Anyone from sponsors of the team, FIRST lego league teams, and the general public are encouraged to come explore the world of FRC robotics and see what it has to offer. The February 2nd open house will be in the Corvallis High School cafeteria (With tours to the robotics rooms where you will get to see this year’s robot in the making) from 11AM - 1P, or you can check us out any day but Sundays from 6PM-9PM on Mondays through Fridays and Saturdays from 12PM to 5PM. Thank you for your continued support of FIRST robotics team 997.
